Our staff is ready to provide you and your company with the service, training, technical support or welder upgrade/repair services it requires to insure the success your products demand.


DESIGN ASSISTANCE/SUPPORT
                          
For new applications and tooling upgrades, our staff will be pleased to inspect and evaluate your prototype parts or drawings, then provide a system proposal that meets your specific requirements.

Our machinery proposals include a comprehensive concept review, including a machinery process description, list of component parts, cycle time estimation and either a budgetary or firm cost as may be required.

Solid Modeling Drawings are provided for your review and approval prior to build. Upon approval the manufacturing process begins.


WELDER RE-TOOLING

We understand the importance of getting the most out of your equipment.

Thus our staff is always ready to consider the use of your existing stock welder/framework and determine whether it can be retrofitted with new tooling, controls or related hardware to ready it for a new program.

The welder shown here was a single head machine that our design staff Completely Rebuilt and Converted into a Three (3) Gun Machine with Special Tooling. 




REMANUFACTURE OF SEAM WELDING HEADS
Our skilled tooling mechanics will completely
overhaul your existing circular seam welding heads back to
new specifications.

The rebuilding process inlcudes the following:

• Complete disassembly, cleansing, machining

• Removal and replacement of all bearings, races, bushings

• Machining of all contact shoes, including the installation of
  new silver contact pads

• Installation of New O-rings, Rotary Union and Fittings

• Silver Plating of Weld Head exterior contact surfaces

• Repair of any damaged weld wheel threads, including the installation
  of new threaded inserts as required.
